What we collect
Account and workspace details, staff users, and the content of customer interactions you route through the service. Demo and contact forms collect the fields you submit.
How it is used
To operate the workspace, authenticate staff, route conversations, deliver integrations you configure, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal data.
Data on behalf of clients
Customer conversations and member records are processed on behalf of each institution, isolated per workspace at the database level. Each client controls its own data.
Retention & rights
Data is retained while your workspace is active and deleted on request. Contact us to exercise access or deletion rights.
Status
