The service
KitoDesk provides a customer experience workspace: inbox, cases, channels, automation, analytics and integrations, provided per workspace under a service agreement with each institution.
Accounts & responsibilities
Administrators manage staff, roles and credentials. Customers are responsible for the content they route through the service and the integrations they enable.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to access other workspaces, no misuse of channels for unsolicited messaging beyond consent.
Status
Draft pending legal review. Final terms will define the contracting entity, billing, liability, governing law and amendment process.
